Central Park At Night

A view of Midtown in the evening.

Central Park looking northwest.

The boathouse at dusk.

Bethesda Terrace

I went for a walk through Central Park and took these photos. It was still HOT at 9pm and very humid. Phew! I'd love to go back again and take more photos. Hopefully it will be cooler in a day or two so I can go out again without running the risk of heat stroke.

Hi
I just love your photographs. I stumbled on your blog. It's more than 10 years since I've visited New York. Your pics sent me back to that time & many great memories - Thank You so much.
Cheers from Sydney Australia

I absolutely love these pictures at Central Park. I think it's great that you are taking much time to travel many places to take pictures at various times. I really wanted to go to Central Park at Night. The pictures of the reflection on the water are amazing. I like the color tone being a little faded as well, because it makes the scene more dreamlike.

I like the reflection on the water ! so amazing. It gives an other aspect to the buildings... So restful ! I could stay in front of those pictures for a while

These are really great. I like the serenity - especially when you understand the inherent chaos in the city beyond!
